Service Description
We are based a 10 minute walk away from Bethnal Green Underground Station. All add ons such as trims can be added at checkout. Unfortunately we are not hijabi friendly as this is a unisex salon. Children over 5 welcome to book. WIG CORNROWS CANNOT BE ADDED TO THIS SERVICE This service includes a professional wash, treatment and basic blowdry only. This service focuses on scalp cleansing, deep moisture restoration and strand repair through a personalised treatment experience including scalp detoxification, steam hydration, intensive conditioning and nourishing hair therapies. Perfect for clients who want to reset their hair and maintain a healthy hair journey. Recommended every 6–8 weeks for consistent scalp care, moisture retention and long-term hair health. This treatment includes: ✔️ Pre-poo treatment to reduce friction and protect strands during cleansing ✔️ Green tea scalp stimulation rich in antioxidants ✔️ Scalp detox scrub using a nourishing blend of peppermint oil, tea tree oil, jojoba oil and intensive conditioning ingredients ✔️ Sulphate-free luxury shampoo cleanse ✔️ Deep moisture treatment ✔️ Fresh aloe vera strand infusion ✔️ Steam hydration therapy to support moisture penetration ✔️ Relaxing scalp massage ✔️ Professional blowdry finish This treatment helps to: ✨ Refresh the scalp ✨ Remove product build-up ✨ Improve moisture retention ✨ Reduce dryness and brittleness This service is a treatment only service and does NOT include wig cornrows. 📍Hackney, East London All clients should arrive with: - No previous hairstyles and hair extensions (sew ins and more) - With hair fully detangled and ready to be washed Faliure to arrive to your appointment without hair fully detangled will result in a detangling fee or appointment cancellation Matted or tangled hair may require appointment changes. Be sure to include correct add ons to achieve your desired look as changes cannot be made later If your hair is exceptionally thick or exceptionally long and the appropriate add-on has not been selected, I reserve the right to apply the add-on fee during your appointment. In some cases, the service may need to be modified if there is insufficient time to complete the booked service within the allocated appointment slot. Extra thick and extra long hair requires more product, labour and time. This add-on is required for clients with hair that is exceptionally thick/dense or exceptionally long (typically below armpit length).
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking. Booking confirmations will be sent via email and include your full salon address and appointment details. Please arrive with your hair prepared for your service: clean, fully dried and detangled, free from heavy oils/build-up. Wash & treatment clients must arrive knot-free. Cornrow takedown clients may arrive with cornrows in place. Extra fees may apply for unprepared hair. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Deposits are not transferable for cancellations or no-shows. Appointments can only be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice; any further rescheduling requests will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will not be refunded. Remaining Balance - The remaining balance of your service is due on the day of your appointment. - Payment is accepted via cash or apple pay only. ⏰ Lateness Policy ⏰ Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as I often have multiple clients booked throughout the day. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. Late fees will apply: • 10+ minutes late — £10 late fee • 15+ minutes late — £15 late fee , appointment may be cancelled • 20 minutes late — appointment may be cancelled and your deposit/payment will NOT be refunded. If you believe you may be late, please communicate as early as possible. Repeated lateness may result in future bookings being declined. Cancellations If a client cancels their appointment at any time after booking, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. - In the rare event that Hairnicorn needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date (your choice). ➕ Guests & Studio Policy: No plus ones are allowed. 🍴 Food & Snacks: Food and snacks are not provided during your appointment, so please feel free to bring your own. Any snacks within the studio are not provided for clients and must not be used. 🔌 Comfort: You are welcome to bring your charger and some entertainment to keep you comfortable during your appointment. 📍 Location: The studio is located on Hackney Road, approximately 5 minutes from Bethnal Green Underground Station and Cambridge Heath Station.
