Cancellation Policy
Hairnicorn Booking Policy By booking an appointment with Hairnicorn, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking. HAIR PREPARATION GUIDELINES Please arrive: - With clean, fully dried hair • Free from heavy oils or product build-up • Fully detangled • Blow-dried Arriving unprepared may reduce styling time or affect your final result. Appointment Releases - New appointments are released once a month on the 1st. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Deposits are not transferable for cancellations or no-shows. Appointments can only be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice; any further rescheduling requests will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will not be refunded. Remaining Balance - The remaining balance of your service is due on the day of your appointment. - Payment is accepted via cash or card only. ⏰ Lateness Policy ⏰ Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as I often have multiple clients booked throughout the day. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. Late fees will apply as follows: • 10+ minutes late — £10 late fee • 15+ minutes late — £15 late fee • 20 minutes late — appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit/payment will NOT be refunded. If you believe you may be late, please communicate as early as possible. Repeated lateness may result in future bookings being declined. Cancellations If a client cancels their appointment at any time after booking, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. - In the rare event that Hairnicorn needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date (your choice). ➕ Guests & Studio Policy: No plus ones are allowed to appointments. 🍴 Food & Snacks: Food and snacks are not provided during your appointment, so please feel free to bring your own. Any snacks within the studio are not provided for clients and must not be used. 🔌 Comfort: You are welcome to bring your charger and some entertainment to keep you comfortable during your appointment. 📍 Location: The studio is located on Hackney Road, approximately 5 minutes from Bethnal Green Underground Station and Cambridge Heath Station.
