Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT – MODEL APPOINTMENT DETAILS All current appointments are MODEL appointments. • Your service is completely FREE. • In exchange, photo and video content will be taken during your appointment. • Content may include before/after photos, video clips, and short live segments. • Content will be used for social media, marketing, and portfolio purposes. By attending your appointment, you are consenting to being photographed and filmed. If you are not comfortable being recorded, this appointment may not be suitable for you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE READ) Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in you being unable to book future model appointments. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ NO SHOW POLICY If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify me: - You will not be eligible to book future appointments. • You may be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee for any future services. Please respect my time and the preparation that goes into each appointment. Even though the service is free, the time, products, and effort are not. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HAIR PREPARATION GUIDELINES Please arrive: - With clean, fully dried hair • Free from heavy oils or product build-up • Fully detangled • Blow-dried straight (unless discussed otherwise) Arriving unprepared may reduce styling time or affect your final result. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HAIR EXTENSIONS INFORMATION Hair extensions ARE provided for while stocks last (you will be notified): • Ponytail installs • Half up half down styles I do accept synthetic hair such as remy chaser Hair extensions are NOT provided for sew-ins. You must bring your own hair for sew-in appointments.
