You’re welcome to book multiple appointments under this offer. 💗🦄 Our new and improved Scalp & Hair Treatment combines our signature hair-care ritual with Japanese head spa-inspired techniques to provide a deeply cleansing, hydrating and relaxing experience. ⏱️ Approximately 45 minutes 🌿 Suitable for natural hair, with a focus on healthy, hydrated 4C & textured hair. Recommended every 4–6 weeks for consistent scalp care and moisture maintenance. We are now based in Wood Green, approximately a 10-minute walk from Wood Green Underground Station. 🧕 100% HIJABI FRIENDLY — GUARANTEED Our new private studio allows hijabi clients to enjoy their treatment comfortably and privately. Beauty bed max weight: 150kg Please do not book if you have back problems, recent surgery, or difficulty getting onto or off the beauty bed. Children aged 10 and over are welcome to book. This is a treatment-only service and includes a BASIC blow-dry only. The blow-dry is to dry and stretch the hair and does not include a styled blowout. All add-ons, including trims and additional hair requirements, must be selected at checkout. Please arrive with no extensions or previous hairstyles and with your hair fully detangled and ready to be washed. Failure to arrive with fully detangled hair may result in a detangling fee or appointment cancellation. Severely matted or tangled hair may require your appointment to be rescheduled. If your hair is exceptionally thick/dense or long (typically past shoulder length), the relevant add-on must be selected. Additional hair requires more product, labour and appointment time. If not selected, the additional fee may be applied during your appointment, and the service may need to be modified if there is insufficient time to complete it.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking. Booking confirmations will be sent via email and include your full salon address and appointment details. Please arrive with your hair prepared for your service: Detangled, free from knots, matting and shedded. Hair must be thoroughly combed through from root to tip. Wash & treatment clients must arrive knot-free. Extra fees may apply for unprepared hair. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations or no-shows. Appointments can only be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice; any further rescheduling requests will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will not be refunded. Remaining Balance - The remaining balance of your service is due on the day of your appointment. - Payment is accepted via cash only. ⏰ Lateness Policy ⏰ Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as I often have multiple clients booked throughout the day. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. Late fees will apply: • 10+ minutes late — £10 late fee • 15+ minutes late — £15 late fee , appointment may be cancelled • 20 minutes late — appointment may be cancelled and your deposit/payment will NOT be refunded. If you believe you may be late, please communicate as early as possible. Repeated lateness may result in future bookings being declined. Cancellations If a client cancels their appointment at any time after booking, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. - In the rare event that Hairnicorn needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date (your choice). ➕ Guests & Studio Policy: No plus ones are allowed. 🔌 Comfort: You are welcome to bring your charger and some entertainment to keep you comfortable during your appointment. 📍 Location: The studio is located in Wood Green, approximately 10 minutes walk from Wood Green Underground Station. The full address will be provided upon booking confirmation. Parking is avaliable at Wood Green Shopping Centre which is a 10 minute walk away from the salon, prices start from £3 for 2 hours
